In a frying pan, add butter, and sliced blood sausage. Peel potatoes. In a frying pan, add butter and sliced potatoes. 🇫🇴SHEEP HEAD: Ferment heads for 10-12 days. Place the sheep heads into a pot to boil for an hour with salt. 🇫🇴 FERMENTED SHEEP (RAESTKE): Ferment for three moths with salt.
