Out of all Chinese cooking, Sichuan food is my favourite Chinese food. It's spicy, numbing, fragrant, and very strong. This Sichuan fish was prepared in Garlic and a "fragrant" broth, which was also quite spicy. It was really delicious. Sichuan food is awesome! I brought her here to this restaurant and it was the first time she tried that flavour! I would love to have that sauce on some chicken too haha!
