Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Add onions and fresh herbs to the bottom of a sheet tray. 3. Place bones on top and roast for 15-20 minutes. 4. Once bone marrow is soft, add beef stock and bones from prime rib. Continue to cook in oven for 1 hour, or until stock is fortified. Jump to step 4 in sliders cooking method. SLIDERS COOKING METHOD 1. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place both halves on a sheet tray. 2. Top one side with thinly sliced roast beef, caramelized onions and mozzarella. 3. Add second half of rolls on top and slather with softened butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Finish with sesame seeds. 4. Remove stock from oven and turn oven off. Add rolls to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted. 5. Remove rolls from oven and carefully remove the tops from the sliders. Add softened bone marrow and top with buns. Dip sandwiches into au jus.
