So This Is What The Chinese Built in Tanzania? ()

I've spent time in both China and Africa, and their cooperation in recent decades has grabbed my interest. Recently there's been a lot of negativity written about the Chinese in Tanzania; they're there for "debt-trap diplomacy" and enforcing the will of the Chinese government. Was it true?
