Italy's Forgotten Sports Car - Alfa Romeo Montreal (Reworked)

Join this channel to get early access to new videos a week ahead of their public release: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCC8R7kmt-W14zWUcr8mymEQ/join This is a reworked and reuploaded version of the original video. Ciao! :D Based on a pair of highly successful concept cars exhibited at the 1967 Montreal Expo, the Alfa Romeo Montreal had all the makings of a truly great car, incorporating hidden headlights, a low smooth body, and a sublime V8 engine that made it one of the rare cases of a production model far outshining the concept. However, a mixture of bad timing, an overcomplicated design and an otherwise spartan package, the Alfa Romeo Montreal was far from the success hoped for by the carmaker, though regardless of its failure, the Montreal is today a much sought after classic, despite it still not having the same recognition among its contemporaries such as the Lamborghini Miura.
