A huge thank you to Chef Guillermo Eleicegui​ (https://www.instagram.com/chefguillermoeleicegui/) from Ossobuco Miami (https://ossobuco.miami/) for hosting us - his restaurant specializes in wood fire grilled foods, especially inspired by South America, and where Chef Guillermo is from, Argentina. . And a huge thank you to Chef Erhan Kostepen (https://www.instagram.com/cheferhankostepen/) of Doya Restaurant(https://doyarestaurant.com/), one of the hottest restaurants in Miami serving Aegean food from Turkiye and Greece area. Each Chef cooked one of their favorite dishes until we had 10 or 12 dishes consecutively. It was an extremely memorable meal, and if you love to eat, you should eat at both restaurants when you’re in Miami, USA.
